Huntingdon PurgEye Desk reads oxygen levels from 1,000 to 1 PPM

Huntingdon Fusion Techniques HFT® has introduced the PurgEye® Desk, a new monitor for inert gas purging that reads oxygen levels from 1,000 PPM to as low as 1 PPM (highly accurate to 10 PPM). This helps ensure welders achieve oxide-free, zero-color welds.

The unit is designed for use with welding chambers and enclosures, as well as with orbital welding machines and other automatic welding systems. PurgeNet™ has been added to the monitor for the inline connection of additional accessories. This allows the monitor to control welding systems based on oxygen level and to provide indications of high and low oxygen levels and dew point measurements.
