Verisurf CMM Master 500 is portable, programmable

Verisurf Software Inc. offers the CMM Master 500 programmable CMM. An expanded version of the CMM Master 300 model, it has nearly four times the capacity of working volume and combined part and fixture weight.

The automated shop floor inspection system combines the company’s software with Equator comparative gauges for use in the quality lab and on the shop floor. It is available in standard height (9.8 in) and extended height (15.7 in.) with features including automated or manual joystick inspection, online and offline part programming, multiple part alignment methods, full simulation and collision detection, and flexible reporting options.
