AP&T Remote Access Case service helps solve emergency downtime remotely

Sheet metal forming system manufacturer AP&T is introducing a new service for customers who need to deal with unscheduled downtime quickly, regardless of when and where in the world it may occur. The company will ship a Remote Access Case—an emergency case containing equipment for remote connection—by express freight to the customer, who then connects their machines to AP&T’s technical support for remote diagnosis and problem-solving.

Over the past year COVID-19 restrictions have made it difficult for AP&T’s service technicians to visit customers on-site. For customers who have yet to invest in a permanent method for remote connection of their machines, the Remote Access Case offers a new temporary solution.
