Tool Tech LLC acquires Cameron Tool Corp.

Springfield, Ohio-based Tool Tech LLC has announced the acquisition of Cameron Tool Corp. in Lansing, Mich., an ISO 9001:2015-certified tool and die manufacturer offering die design and construction with tryout and short-run stamping capabilities.

Cameron Tool’s customer base includes automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and companies in the aerospace, alternative energy, and military industries. Its 100,000-sq.-ft. facility and 85 employees will complement Tool Tech’s current tool and die manufacturing and services.

Tool Tech designs, builds, modifies, and repairs metal stamping dies, tools, fixtures, and machines.
