Detroit-based metal fabricator Josh Welton walks us through one of the latest projects from his Brown Dog Welding shop.
In this video, Josh demonstrates the process of grinding, beveling, and welding aluminum motor mounts for an Alfa Romeo race car that’s getting an S2000 engine for a weight-to-ratio racing class. Specifically, he is modifying the engine brackets to fit the new combo. Tune in for some welding tips along the way.
