Metal Exchange names new CEO
Metal Exchange Corp., a nonferrous metal trader and manufacturer in St. Louis, has promoted Matt Rohm from president/COO to CEO effective Jan. 1, 2023. At that time, current CEO Rick Merluzzi will assume the title of executive vice chairman, serving as an adviser to Executive Chairman Mike Lefton on key strategic initiatives for the organization through the end of 2023.
Rohm joined the company as CFO in 2016, bringing 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience accrued in positions with The Boeing Co., Anheuser-Busch InBev, Energizer, and SunEdison. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin School of Business.
