Greenheck Group to acquire Metal Industries
Air movement equipment manufacturer Greenheck advances with servo press system
The Greenheck Group, Schofield, Wis., has signed a letter of intent to acquire Metal Industries, a manufacturer of grilles, registers, diffusers, and air terminal products used in commercial and institutional buildings. The addition of these products will complement and further expand Greenheck's product offering of air movement, control, and conditioning equipment.
Metal Industries will continue to operate under the current leadership team of Grant Tyson, president, and David Hawkins, COO, and both will remain active partners in the company. The company is based in Clearwater, Fla., with manufacturing operations in Bushnell, Fla.; Marion, N.C.; and Reynosa, Mexico.
