Zeiss to acquire Capture 3D
Zeiss has announced plans to acquire Capture 3D. Based in Santa Ana, Calif., Capture 3D is a U.S. partner for Zeiss’ GOM 3D noncontact measuring systems.
Once the transaction is complete, Capture 3D will become part of the Industrial Quality Solutions strategic business unit within the Zeiss Industrial Quality & Research segment. The transaction is due to be finalized in summer 2021.
