Lincoln Electric Torchmate 5100 plasma table built for all-day production

The Lincoln Electric Torchmate 5100 CNC plasma cutting machine is designed to handle continuous production runs with minimum required maintenance, the company reports.

The machine features encoded servomotors, a helical gear rack, and a lubricated gear-to-gear rack interface. Minimal backlash adjustment and the lubrication system help reduce maintenance requirements. Rapid traverse speed is up to 1,500 IPM.

The new bevel head option allows the user to create weld prepped parts quickly, eliminating secondary beveling processes. The bevel head, which can operate at +/- 50 degrees, is available with any of the plasma options on the machine.
