Acoustiblok’s mobile noise reduction system designed for industrial sites

Acoustiblok Inc. has designed a patented mobile system to alleviate unsafe noise levels often found in the fabricating industry. Its new Industrial All Weather Sound Panels with Panel Carriage are constructed to be both sound-absorbing and sound-blocking. A typical 15-dB reduction after their placement is equivalent to a 65% reduction in sound as perceived by the human ear, the company states.

The custom-built, adjustable panels can be configured into numerous shapes and sizes to wrap around noisy machinery. They are suitable for use around temporary or permanent workstations, heavy equipment, machinery, and tools.

The 2.4-in.-thick panels are made of welded aluminum and sound-blocking material. They are nearly impervious to water, humid salt air, UV, chlorine air, and harsh chemicals.
