Fabrisonic SonicLayer X̅ seam welder joins many layers in single pass
Fabrisonic’s patented SonicLayer X̅ seam welder delivers 10,000 W for welding up to 250 IPM in aluminum, copper, stainless, nickel alloys, and metal matrix composites to 0.040 in. thick. According to the company, the machine can join more layers in a single pass than current market seam welders.
The unit can weld dissimilar metal combinations such as copper/silver, copper/aluminum, and aluminum/iron.
