Founded in 1978, Proto Precision Fabricators is a full service metal fabricator.

Now, as in 1978, we strive to exceed expectations and offer innovative solutions to our customers.

We have the ability to weld, machine, fabricate, finish and assemble. Services include shearing, punching, lasing, machining, forming, hardware insertion, full service welding, plating, painting and polishing.

From prototype to full production, we are an all-inclusive source for precision fabrication. We provide our customers with the highest quality products at competitive prices and with on-time delivery.

Proto Types:
Proto Precision has helped our customers turn their projects into cost savings with our ability to quickly provide pre –production parts. Our engineering team has over 60 years of combined experience to help bring your project to life. Whether you need to test your product, or to share a sample with your customer, we can quickly provide a few parts and then be ready to make adjustments as needed. From submitting a quote, or producing parts, our ability to quickly respond to our customers’ needs speeds up the process of getting you the parts you need.

Production:
Proto’s production process is specific to each individual manufactured piece. Our 3 – 4 week window for production has allowed us to complete projects 99% of the time within this time frame. We are flexible on timelines, and take into consideration all schedules. If production requires a capability outside the doors of Proto, such as painting or finishing, we have the resources to complete that part of the process as well.

Additive Manufacturing:
Proto Precision Manufacturing Solutions is excited to announce new offerings with the mission to provide world class metal additive manufacturing to it’s industrial clients. Proto will provide customers with a full value stream additive manufacturing offerings including design consultation, support/build development, printing services, post processing and finishing of metal additive parts.

Additive Metal Manufacturing:
Proto has acquired 2 new machines from GE Additive: a dual 400W laser Concept Laser M2 powder bed fusion machine including QM meltpool 3D monitoring for quality assurance and an Arcam Q10+ with in process quality monitoring. Initial materials offerings will be Inconel 718 and Ti-6-4 for the aerospace, medical implant, high performance racing, energy, and general industrial sectors.
