Javelin Technologies, Cimetrix Solutions form AM company in Canada

Javelin Technologies and Cimetrix Solutions have merged, forming a 3-D design engineering and additive manufacturing (AM) firm. Javelin will continue to be known as Javelin Technologies, and Cimetrix will be referred to as Cimetrix Solutions, a division of Javelin Technologies. The integrated company has offices in nine cities across Canada.

The senior management team for the integrated company comprises Javelin’s leaders—John Carlan and Ted Lee—and James Janeteas of Cimetrix. All current employees will have a key role in the unified company.

Javelin Technologies offers 3-D design engineering, product data management, automation, and AM in plastic and metal. Cimetrix provides AM and laser scanning systems for industrial and educational institutions.
