New this year is a Lasers 101 certificate program on Monday covering the fundamentals of laser technology. There will also be the annual ALAW golf outing on Monday and a welcome reception and exhibits in the evening. The theme of FMA's 2015 T.E.A.M. Summit, now in its fourth year, is Thinking Outside the Box. Summit attendees will take a look at non-traditional ways of inspiring, motivating, training and retaining a skilled workforce.
