M. Holland Co. has added three suppliers of thermoplastic resins to the list of companies whose products it distributes. The distributor also announced the launch of its own line of AM materials.
The new supply partners are:
• Infinite Material Solutions, which manufactures a water-soluble filament called AquaSys 120. Designed to support parts printed from polypropylene and polyamide, Infinite Material recommends it for applications that require complex designs and low amounts of postprocessing.
• Armor Group, manufacturer of the Kimya brand of thermoplastic resins for AM applications. M. Holland will carry Kimya electrically conductive ABS; Kevlar ABS; and PEBA-S, a flexible, highly printable material.
• The distributor will offer all of taulman3D’s line, which includes nylons, support materials, copolymers, plasticized copolyamide thermoplastic elastomer, and medical-grade materials.
Holland also launched its own line of materials for 3D printing. The portfolio comprises specialty prime compounds, including MHC PA6/69, MHC PA/TPE Flex, PA6/69 MED, PA6/6 CNC, and MHC Transparent PET.
The company said its 3D printing business has experienced a surge of growth in the last year. The group recently relocated to a 63,000-sq.-ft. facility that houses 10 fabrication labs, as well as increased the size of its team by more than 50%.
