FELIXprinters set to roll out large-area AM systems

Orders are being taken for two new 3D printers from FELIXprinters, the Pro L and Pro XL.

The large-area additive manufacturing systems were designed with build volumes of up to 144 liters. The Pro L builds parts measuring 300 by 400 by 600 mm, and the XL’s build chamber measures 600 by 400 by 600 mm.

The chamber features a warm zone that ensures consistent temperature during the building phase, which is important when printing high-shrinkage materials like ABS, carbon fiber, and Nylon.

Both models feature a large (18 cm), intuitive touch screen. Functions include real-time remote webcam monitoring, multi-user control via a web interface, easy print/file management, WiFi and Ethernet connectivity, and the ability to render G-codes.
