Guyson Powder Flush removes small, trapped powder residues from 3D-printed parts

Guyson offers the Powder Flush, based on its Orbit 600 rotary basket spray wash unit, for cleaning 3D-printed parts. It is suitable for removing small residues of powder trapped inside additively manufactured components.

The unit features full stainless steel 304 construction, a 100-l insulated tank, and hot spray flushing facilitated through a high flow rate and pressure pump fitted with Viton® seals. It flushes the component with directed jets, followed by a compressed-air wash. A PLC/HMI control panel provides data monitoring and timed preheat function. LED interior lighting and a double-glazed viewing window in the lid facilitate visual checks on in-process parts.
