SEYI, established in 1962, is one of the largest mechanical and servo mechanical press manufacturers in the world, producing around 3,000 presses annually. SEYI's presses range from 28 to 2,640 tons, in a large variety of frame, stroke, speed and bed size configurations. We are constantly expanding and improving our product line to meet the needs of the metal stamping industry.
Our North American headquarters in Tennessee features multiple presses under power, spare parts, sales and service. Additionally, our SEYI Mexico office in Monterrey offers local sales, service support and spare parts for our customers in Mexico. We have over 40 presses in stock, up to 660 tons, for quick delivery. SEYI provides total metal stamping solutions, not just presses.

Straight Side Crank Servo Press features the latest version of servo motor technology, high rigidity frame will decrease deflection, and will increase quality. User friendly control system that offers full control over the stroke profile to allow metal stamping that can’t be done on conventional mechanical presses. FEATURES:
• Main motor, flywheel, clutch and brake are replaced with a High Torque-Low RPM Servo motor.
• Direct Drive eliminates down-gearing, loss of tonnage (especially high in the stroke), belts + other parts typically associated with knuckle or link-type servo presses.
• Unique Servo Pressure Stabilizer system eliminates power surges and conserves energy through a series of capacitors that equalize power consumption + store unused energy.
• Advanced high strength ribbed frame structure enables the hold of tight tolerances under longer dwells without stretching/elongating the frame
• Eight-point gib slide guiding for improved accuracy and precision
• Electronic Overload Protection allows for immediate reaction - with automatic, programmable ram back-up
