Elgin Fastener Group acquires Quality Bolt & Screw
Elgin Fastener Group LLC (EFG), Versailles, Ind., has completed the acquisition of Quality Bolt & Screw Co., of Brecksville, Ohio, a manufacturer of custom-engineered, cold-headed/cold-formed bolts, pins, studs, chain, military, and other custom fasteners.
The addition expands EFG's domestic manufacturing capabilities, including the ability to offer 1- and 1.25-in.-dia. headed and threaded product.
EFG comprises five domestic fastener manufacturers (Ohio Rod Products, Leland Powell Fasteners, Chandler Products, Silo Fasteners, and Landreth Fastener), a metal finishing company (Best Metal Finishing), and an engineering and international procurement division (Elgin Fasteners Intl.).
