EPP Métal receives grant to purchase laser cutting machine

Canada Economic Development’s Quebec Economic Development Program has granted EPP Métal Inc., Plessisville, Que., a $280,000 repayable grant to help the company acquire a laser cutting machine within the framework of a $1.5 million overall investment project. The company plans to expand its facilities to diversify production.

EPP Métal Inc. specializes in the mass production of value-added steel, aluminum, and stainless steel parts from metal sheets and coils. The company offers turnkey services that include all stages of the manufacturing process, from laser cutting and digital control bending to welding, mechanical assembly, stamping, painting, and plating.
