ROSS CONTROLS announces CEO retirement, new promotion

ROSS CONTROLS®, Troy, Mich., a manufacturer of pneumatic valves and control systems for the fluid power industry, has announced the promotion of Jeffrey J. Hand to president and CEO. Hand replaces John G. Smith, who recently announced his retirement after a 40-year career with the company. Smith remains involved as chairman of the board of directors.

Hand has held several positions during his 12 years with the company, most recently as president, North American Operations.
