Inspection checker designed for optical comparator calibration

The Heidenhain 4x12 Inspection Master is available for use in calibrating optical comparator system axes. It is especially suitable for verifying its X and Y axis position when using the calibration standard in conjunction with the company’s evaluation electronics.

With the inspection checker, the user can apply linear, segmented, or nonlinear error correction functions through evaluation electronics such as the ND1200 or ND1300. This allows the user to compensate the inherent variation in the comparator stage to help ensure precise measurement results.
