Oil containers protect lubricants, aid dispensing

Trico Corp. has introduced the Spectrum oil containers for identifying, storing, transporting, and dispensing lubricants in a variety of applications.

Built with high-density polyethylene, the products withstand hostile environments. The containers — available in 2-, 3-, and 4-gal. sizes — have a wide opening for rapid, no-spill filling. They are semitransparent with molded volume markings, in gallons and liters, to provide visual monitoring of fluid levels. They have three handles with contoured finger grips, and the containers themselves are contoured to fit the user’s forearm, helping to distribute their weight when pouring.

Four lid styles are available in 10 different colors. A secondary color option, available with the Breather Vent, provides up to 100 color choices. The lids have a Buna-N O-ring to seal lubricant from the external environment. The nozzles contain textured areas that provide a slip-resistant grip.
