Let the world know about your manufacturing success

Your shop might be selected as The FABRICATOR's 2019 Industry Award winner

Paul Gintner, BTD Manufacturing’s president, stands in the company's giant warehouse in Lakeville, Minn. BTD was the 2018 winner of The FABRICATOR's Industry Award.

The North American manufacturing economy is booming. Metal fabricating companies, both small and large, are adopting new technology and streamlining production efforts to keep up with current market opportunities. The FABRICATOR wants to hear about these success stories, and we’ll look to share the best with our readership in the February 2019 issue.

In that issue we name the 2019 Industry Award winner. Past winners have included:

What do all of those companies have in common? They enacted production improvements on their shop floors to squeeze out more capacity. They have entered new markets because of their fabricating expertise and ability to meet customer demands. They actively promote manufacturing as a positive career choice in their communities. They are doing all of the things that are helping them to be successful in today’s economy, as well as preparing for a prosperous future.

Do you think your team deserves recognition? If so, visit www.fmanet.org/industry-awards/fabaward and let us know about your shop floor improvements, business expansion, and community involvement. The winner will be featured in a cover story in the February 2019 issue. Also two representatives from the company are compensated for roundtrip airfare and overnight accommodations to attend The FABRICATOR’s Leadership Summit, which is scheduled for March 5-7 at The Westin Nashville.

We will be taking applications through Nov. 8, 2018.

We know that shops are doing some fantastic work. Let the world know just how special your company is.
