Orbitform forges business alliance with AKH

Orbitform of Jackson, Mich., and AKH Inc., Danville, Ind., have entered into a business alliance. Orbitform has agreed to produce its FSPR assembly machines to use the AKH FAS-NER system of flush, self-piercing riveting.

The rivets, which can be prepainted, join dissimilar metals with multiple layers up to 0.360 in.
