The Hillman Group acquires ST Fastening Systems

Cincinnati-based hardware system provider Hillman has acquired substantially all the assets of Hargis Industries LP, doing business as ST Fastening Systems (STFS), a fastener manufacturer and distributor based in Tyler, Texas.

STFS, which serves metal building fabricators, hardware wholesalers, and building products distributors in the U.S., will keep its headquarters in Tyler and will maintain a distribution center in Cincinnati.
