Tower Intl. changes leadership structure
Tower Intl. Inc., Livonia, Mich., a manufacturer of engineered automotive structural metal components and assemblies, has announced management changes.
Reid Southby has been named to the newly created role of executive vice president and general manager of Tower North America. He joins the company from GKN, where he most recently served as president global large segment operations, GKN Sinter Metals.
With the completion of the divestiture of Tower Europe, Tower Intl. President Pär "Pelle" Malmhagen has elected to leave the company following an orderly transition with Southby in North America. Upon his departure, the role of president will be consolidated with the CEO role.
In addition, Doug Wagner has been promoted to senior vice president, sales operations, and Derek Fiebig has been promoted to vice president, investor relations and corporate communications.
