Beckhoff USA appoints I/O product manager

Beckhoff Automation has hired Azad Jafari as I/O product manager, based at Beckhoff USA’s Silicon Valley Technical Center in San Jose, Calif.

He spent 14 years in industry management at Siemens, after which he spent several years as a product manager and application engineer for EandM before returning to Siemens. For the past decade there, he has held roles including automation network consultant, business development manager, industry manager, and senior system engineer. Jafari earned a master’s degree in engineering from South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences.
