AIDA-America announces staffing changes

David Tierney, Kozo Abiru, and Wiley Wells

AIDA-America, a metal stamping press manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio, has announced the reassignment of two current employees and the addition of a third.

David Tierney recently transferred from AIDA Eng. in Japan and is now serving as international project manager, based at the Austin, Texas, office. In his 13 years with the company, Tierney has worked in the tool and die division for AIDA Eng. and as a project manager for AIDA UK.

Kozo Abiru has been named project manager for the Austin office. He has been with the company six years, working previously in the marketing, sales engineering, and domestic sales divisions for AIDA Eng. in Japan. Abiru transferred to AIDA-America last year as a member of the transplant sales team.

Wiley Wells has been hired as engineering administrator. He has more than two years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, including in processes and design.
