AP&T offers availability agreements tailored to customer operations

To help meet customer needs for high availability and productivity, metal forming machinery manufacturer AP&T now offers individually tailored availability agreements. The basis is a well-defined maintenance and support plan that gives a good overview of the measures needed to ensure stable, profitable production in both the long and short term.

Maintenance, spare parts, and technical support are some of the services included in the agreement. Also included is extensive operation and maintenance training for customer personnel. In addition, AP&T can monitor and continuously analyze the machinery’s operating data to enable quick tracking of deviations and to optimize operations and the service interval schedule. Regular preventive maintenance is performed by AP&T’s service technicians on-site.
