Dallas Industries delivers feed line to Kapco Metal Stamping

Dallas Industries, Troy, Mich., a manufacturer of coil handling and press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry, has delivered an automated conventional coil feed line to Kapco Metal Stamping in Grafton, Wis.

The line is rated for materials up to 20,000 lbs. by 30 in. wide and is equipped with a model DRFH-530 servo feed (5-in.-dia. rolls). It is fitted with a threading table; a heavy-duty, nine-roll powered straightener (model DPS-3.5-30-9-5T) with peeler/threader/coil restrictor; and a motorized end wheel and 20,000-lb.-capacity coil reel with coil car.
