Dallas Industries delivers feed lines to Tru Form Mfg.

Dallas Industries, Troy, Mich., a manufacturer of coil handling and press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry, has delivered two BackLoop SpaceSaver™ compact feed lines to Tru Form Mfg. LLC, Dickson, Tenn. Tru Form manufactures progressive die stampings, provides robotic and resistance GMAW, and produces automated assemblies for a variety of industries.

The lines are 36 and 48 in. wide, respectively. Each is rated for handling coil weights up to 20,000 lbs. Both are outfitted with automated coil guides, SyncLoop, and hydraulic peeler/threader/coil restrictor with 3M synthetic fiber wheel for maximum grip during threading and rewinding. They each have servo feeds with seven-roll pull-through straighteners. The straighteners have a Toggle-Lock roll lift feature to lift all upper straightener rolls during pilot release, as well as ProfileSelect and dual roll-edge guides with self-centering and independent adjustment.
