Feintool Group acquires Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH
Switzerland-based Feintool Group has announced the acquisition of Germany-based Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH, a producer of high-precision electrical sheet parts. This acquisition will allow Feintool to expand its current fineblanking and forming capabilities to include producing components for electric vehicles.
Stanz- und LaserTechnik Jessen GmbH serves the automobile, renewable energies, industrial robots, and transport markets.
