Main Street investment facilitates buyout of Kickhaefer Mfg.

Principal investment firm Main Street Capital Corp., Houston, has led a new portfolio investment to facilitate the management-led buyout of Kickhaefer Mfg. Co. LLC, a manufacturer of precision metal parts and components in Port Washington, Wis.

Kickhaefer uses a variety of manufacturing processes, including stamping, slide forming, laser cutting, press braking, and forming, to produce complex precision metal parts and components for the automotive, heavy equipment, on-highway trucks, and general commercial industries.
