MetalForming Inc. hires president/COO
MetalForming Inc., Peachtree City, Ga., a distributor of metal folding machines and supplier of architectural sheet metal machines, has named Dr. William Drury as president/COO. Company founder Geoff Stone continues as CEO.
In 1993 Drury founded Custom Molded Products while pursuing his doctorate at Georgia Tech in materials science. The company, a supplier of spa industry components and pool products, now operates in multiple countries with a staff of 700. Drury sold most of his interest in the company to private equity in 2013 and maintains a role as chairman.
