Moline Machinery to expand in Minnesota

Moline Machinery LLC has broken ground on a 25,000-sq.-ft. addition to its facility in West Duluth, Minn. The $9 million expansion, expected to be complete in 2019, will provide space for machining and metal fabrication to support the company’s industrial bakery machinery product line.

The high bay addition will have multiple overhead cranes, heavy floors, and advanced controls to accommodate the new machinery and welding processes.Vacated manufacturing space resulting from the addition will be converted to office areas for engineers and programmers. Assembly space in the company’s adjacent building will be opened up to add sales capacity.
