Prestige Stamping acquired by Auxo Investment Partners

Warren, Mich.-based Prestige Stamping Inc., a manufacturer of high-volume, tight-tolerance washers and small metal stampings and provider of commercial heat-treating services, has been sold to Auxo Investment Partners.

Auxo, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., is an operationally focused investment firm that concentrates on investing in founder- and family-owned industrial, manufacturing, and business-services companies.
