Schuler acquires Farina Presse
Germany-based Schuler has acquired Farina Presse, a manufacturer of presses and forging lines in Suello, Italy. Farina Presse will gain access to Schuler’s global distribution network and continue to operate under its own brand name.
The company mostly supplies customers in Italy, Spain, and Germany with presses that deliver forces of 826 to 8,800 tons.
