TrimLine installs 630-ton AIDA progressive die servo press
TrimLine, an automotive supplier and high-volume metal stamper, has installed a new AIDA-America 630-ton progressive die direct-drive servo press at its facility in LaGrange, Ohio.
The straight-side, tie-rod press features Allen-Bradley servo press control, 500-job recipe storage, an automatic counterbalance control, automatic slide adjustment, 32 programmable limit switch channels, 16 NPN/PNP die protection channels, a forward/reverse tonnage monitor, and a mezzanine.
