Battery Ventures to combine acquired Cimatron, GibbsCAM businesses with SigmaTEK Systems
Boston-based investment firm Battery Ventures has agreed to acquire the combined Cimatron and GibbsCAM software businesses from 3D Systems Corp.
The acquired businesses will join Battery-owned SigmaTEK Systems, a CAD/CAM software provider, in a new holding company called Cambrio.
