Walter Surface Technologies acquires Drillco and Triumph

Walter Surface Technologies, Windsor, Conn., a provider of abrasives, power tools, cleaners and lubricants, and PPE, has announced its acquisition of Drillco and Triumph Twist Drill.

Drillco, based in Baton Rouge, La., and Triumph Twist Drill, Chisholm, Minn., a division of Minnesota Twist Drill, are providers of metal cutting tools. Both companies continue to operate under their own respective brands.
