Aterian Investment Partners affiliate acquires Pioneer Metal Finishing
New York-based private equity firm Aterian Investment Partners has announced that one of its affiliates has acquired Pioneer Metal Finishing LLC.
Pioneer, based in Green Bay, Wis., provides outsourced anodizing, plating, hardcoat, adhesive, electroless nickel, and other value-added surface treating services. It operates eight plants across North America.
