Etna Products announces new ownership, hires president

Chagrin Falls, Ohio-based Etna Products Inc., a manufacturer of environmentally friendly lubricants for metal drawing and forming operations, metal removal fluids, rust preventives, and cleaners, has announced the sale of the business to Catharine Tripp Golden. As a fourth-generation leader, Golden will serve as CEO and Etna will become a woman-owned company.

Mike Washington has been hired as president. With more than 25 years of experience in the industrial lubricants industry, he most recently served as global business manager of industrial products for Lubrizol. Before that he held various positions with Dylon Lubricants.

Former owner Ike Tripp will serve as chairman of the board.
