H.L. Blachford Ltd. acquires Markee Intl.

H.L. Blachford Ltd., Mississauga, Ont., has announced the acquisition of the business assets of Markee Intl. Corp., including all patents and formulations. The combined technology results in a full line of lubricants for pre- and postsintering powdered metal applications.

All Markee products will continue to be manufactured in its existing St. Augustine, Fla., facilities using the same processes, equipment, and personnel. The founders of Markee will act in an advisory capacity for the next two years.
