IDAA to present course on superabrasives

The Industrial Diamond Association of America will present the educational course “Superabrasive Materials, Principles and Applications” on Nov. 29-30 at the YG-1 America Advanced Manufacturing Center in Charlotte, N.C.

Jeffrey Badger, PhD, will instruct attendees on grinding processes and applications. In addition, more than a dozen other experts in machining and grinding will cover such topics as diamond and cBN crystal types; proper truing and dresses; coolant types and systems; and CVD diamond and polycrystalline machining technology, including edge preparation.
