Pangborn Holdings LLC, a provider of surface preparation systems based in Fairburn, Ga., has named Mark Campbell as president. He has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.Campbell most recently served as president of Noise Barriers. He also has held senior leadership and management positions in the building materials, energy, automotive, aerospace, and fleet management industries. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bradley University.
