The Powder Coating Institute has opened registration for Powder Coating Week 2020, Feb. 17-20, 2020, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Fla. Comprising three separate programs, the four-day event combines training, keynote presentations, technical sessions, tabletop exhibits, roundtable discussions, expert panels, and social activities for members of the powder coating industry. Registration is open for all events.

The week begins with Powder Coating 101 Workshop: The Basics, which runs concurrently with PCI’s Custom Coater Forum on Feb. 17 and 18. The technical conference and tabletop exhibition run Feb. 18-20. The exhibition will include displays from powder coating manufacturers, powder coating application equipment manufacturers, systems houses, chemical suppliers, and various services that support the powder coating industry.

On Feb. 19 the technical conference features a keynote presentation from Lisa Ryan with Grategy, “Sweat the Small Stuff – Attention to Detail Helps You Create a Workplace Culture that ROCKS!” Ryan will address specific strategies that, when applied consistently, create a workplace culture in which people want to come to work and stay working.

The second day of the technical conference starts with powder coating roundtables during breakfast, providing a platform for attendees to share information on key topics in a casual setting. Following the general sessions each morning, attendees can choose from a variety of concurrent breakout tracks covering numerous powder coating-related topics.
