Robinson Metal adds third facility
Custom metal fabricator Robinson Metal Inc. has announced the expansion of a second facility in De Pere, Wis., the company’s third location overall. Production at the plant, which will be used to expand the company’s coating capabilities and increase capacity for all its divisions, is expected to begin in February.
The 178,000-sq.-ft. facility brings Robinson’s total manufacturing space to 500,000 sq. ft. In addition to the new plant and its original main campus in De Pere, the firm also has a production facility in Manitowoc, Wis.
The fabricator expects to hire about 20 new employees for the facility.
