Stronghold Coatings doubles size

Stronghold Coating Systems, a provider of custom polymeric products and process development for thermal spray coating applications, has opened a new, larger facility in Franklin, Ohio, to produce the MM1018 load-bearing repair product in-house. This is the first time the product has been manufactured in the U.S.

The 5,000-sq.-ft. facility doubles the company’s size. In addition to production of the repair product, the building houses engineering, R&D, shipping and receiving departments, and corporate offices. The previous facility houses a test lab and continues to produce Dichtol microporosity sealers, PlasticMetal repair products, and RepaCoat repair products.
