Weiler Abrasives Group names new managing director, Americas

Weiler Abrasives Group, a Cresco,Pa.-based provider of abrasives, power brushes, and maintenance products for surface conditioning, has appointed Bill Dwyre as managing director of the newly formed Americas business.

Dwyre joined the company in 2013 as vice president of strategic marketing after a 25-year career at Ingersoll Rand. Most recently he held the position of vice president, sales and marketing.

Dwyre holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
